Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to join our team in Cedar Park (Austin), TX. The Field Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of field service technicians, ensuring that all service calls are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of field service technicians
  • Assign service calls and ensure timely completion
  • Train and mentor technicians to improve performance
  • Develop and implement service policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Requirements:

    • NETA III or IV Certification or equivalent experience
    • 5+ years of experience in field service management
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of technical equipment and systems
    • Associates or Bachelors degree in related field (preferred)

Pay Range

USD $55.00 - USD $83.00 /Hr.
