We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and support for MSD (Machine Service Division) equipment. This role requires a strong technical background in MSD systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

• Install, maintain, and repair motors and other electrical equipment in the field
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with motors and other equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Motor Tech
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
