Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Sr Business Systems Analyst with direct accountability for Salesforce and Business Central.
- Skills:
- Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technical acumen to understand software development processes and IT systems.
- Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or similar Agile certification is preferred.
