Position Overview
The Fleet Safety Coordinator – EHS is responsible for overseeing all fleet safety and compliance initiatives for Shermco’s vehicle operations across North America. This role ensures compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations, manages Driver Qualification (DQ) files, assists in motor vehicle incident investigations, and provides strategic guidance on the use of vehicle telematics and dashcam systems (e.g., Samsara). The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management, safety leadership, and regulatory compliance. The Fleet Safety Coordinator will report to Shermco’s Sr. Director of EHS.
