Role Summary
The Talent Management Program Manager owns the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Shermco’s employee programs for example our NETA program while championing employee experience across the lifecycle. This role drives thought leadership to refine programs at scale, maps and measures key moments that matter, leads cross‑functional projects, and coordinates high‑impact Talent Management events that grow capability and strengthen engagement.
