Corporate Services Coordinator (Contract)

 

Position Summary

Shermco Industries is seeking a highly organized and professional Corporate Services Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our Canadian operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring office efficiency, regulatory compliance, and consistent support for employees, managers, and customers across multiple locations.

 

This is a contract position with the potential to transition to a permanent role, based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will manage a wide range of administrative, compliance, fleet, and safety-related activities while supporting internal teams with day-to-day coordination and special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer Canada-wide compliance activities, including WCB administration, safety documentation, and policy updates
  • Maintain fleet, driver, and vehicle records, including renewals, odometer tracking, and system updates
  • Collect, enter, and maintain accurate data in ERP and internal tracking systems
  • Support purchasing, billing, timecard reporting, and expense documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to operations and management teams
  • Maintain office, safety, PPE, and uniform supplies
  • Support employee onboarding, new hire documentation, and record management
  • Assist with marketing and recruiting initiatives, including tradeshows, career fairs, and branded materials
  • Provide reception backup, phone coverage, and general office coordination
  • Support internal projects, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is considered an asset
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web-based systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality

Pay Range
