Overview

Shermco Industries is seeking a Oil Lab Technician. 

Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving, preparing, and analyzing oil samples to assess equipment condition and lubricant performance. Performs routine laboratory testing, records and reviews test results, maintains laboratory equipment, and ensures compliance with quality and safety standards. Accurately documents findings and communicates results to support predictive maintenance and reliability programs. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow established testing procedures are required.

Qualifications

Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, drive regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations
Should be able to pass a fit for duty physical exam when required
·Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and periodic, unannounced random drug tests.
·Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
·Must have a valid driver’s license, and currently have and be able to maintain a good driving record.
·If applying for position, must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer sponsored visa (work permit).
 Must be willing to travel.

USD $35.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.
